Not stupid just naive like all of us nons are when we get trapped in the PD web. It's what we learn and hopefully take with us that keeps us safe from falling victim again. It's also much, much easier for outsiders to see what's going on because when you're in the midst of it everything is blurry and confusing. We barely have time to catch our breath so how the hell can we make sense of it all as it's happening? It's like being on a merry go round that has no brakes and the throttle is stuck in over-drive.

Exactly!! Right about now I want to shove the throttle into overdrive and blast anywhere into Out. I soooo do not want to be here! Tired of dealing with it.
Fortunately neither of us have children, so I suppose that makes it easier in many ways. Feel for those that are stuck having to communicate with their exes.

So I had another one of these Mondays. I tried taking a different approach: • realize its Monday • Don't stress over it • Change pace
I have the advantage of working the whole entire day, with no kid today, so I stopped beating myself up and took it as it comes. I have been able to get stuff accomplished and am not letting it get to me.
