What I didn't like is how the calls stopped. The way they did,
He's always free to do whatever he wants.
Of course now he'll be all pissy little a little boy about it and pretend the first part of the story never happened, that this was the starting point.

Just to give a great example on this whole time thing.
In the last few days, with the "free" time I've had, I created a campaign that a client is already interested in building, which may lead to additional business and growth.
Had that time been spent working on my friends stuff, the idea would have never came and I'd have no time to build it out.
That's it in a nutshell.
Time is my most important asset. In a way my craft relies on having time accounted for.
Maybe this won't hit, maybe no one will bite, but the chances would be none had the last two days been working on my friends stuff.

Now I feel bad. Because he's going to F up any chance to get business but sh_t work.
His website is not listed on Google (for a shitload of reason) after putting work into it.
Because he is trying but has no idea what to do. I don't feel bad because of that, I feel bad because he's in a bad spot and could use $$$ from jobs, BUT SO CAN I.
If I build up and implement some strategies, he may have a chance to get a few jobs. Maybe not, idk.
I should not feel bad, but I do. I don't have that much extra time though. And I should be paid.
I should not feel bad, I should know that my gesture will result in being taken advantage by from wanting more. Not understanding how much of a favor this is and expecting more.
1 day will turn into 5. Partly from ignorance of my work and time.
Please stop me from opening my trap and doing something I shouldn't.

CG, tell him. Just simply TELL him. And what it will cost. Your time is not free.
I also don't know the ins an outs of Google etc,. etc . So I pay a company to do that for me. Period.
