He rears his ugly head again. Actually no, he's just 'round the corner but the thought of him appears. Waiting. Waiting patiently. He's an hour, tomorrow, or in twenty minutes away.
His cousin, brother or friend, anticapiation is actually first.
Doing things that keep him away only work for so long, he waits.... Until the buzz of new, enjoyable and immersed things lose their lure, until concentration and focus break. He's a tricky SOB, he hides behind all of those things, and he shouts so you know he's there. Sometimes he throws a pebble at the window of what your doing. He says Hello in many languages, the language of interest, concentration and progress, he speaks them all.
Jumping from one task to the other only puts you a block away, no use taking a cab, all those tires are flat.
