I can't say anything because my daughter is here.
My landlord stole something in my room because she thought I stole it from her but I have the same thing. It is a statue my friend gave me from his country.
She brought it up this am and I told her I have the same one, then her face changed. I check my armour and it's gone.
So she went in my room and took mine thinking I stole it.
I don't steal, but WHAT THE F_CK WAS SHE DOING IN MY ROOM, LET ALONE MY ARMOUR!!!!!!!
I am f_cking furious. Tomorrow I am having a serious talk with her. I bet it appears back later.
I wrote a note and put it in the spot, saying statue goes here.
Either case, I'm going to move. This is not acceptable. No way.

Wow. No wonder your all jacked up. It never ceases to amaze me the crap people pull.
Really now she had the nerve to bring it up to you after she had already gone through your personal belongings and stole it. She had to know that you will know full well it was her that took it. I swear they can't seem to help but tell on themselves every time they do something stupid! It's as if they are deliberately challenging you to confront them and get a "high" from the people that either choose not to or didn't figure them out yet. They get a "one up" on someone if they "get away with it". Oh boy.
I will be quite happy to hear how you actually confronting her goes. LOL I am betting she isn't expecting that out of you.

I'm actually going to bring up up as if I don't care. In doing that I'm going to have her admit she goes into my room and she thought it was hers.
All of this I'm going to record on my phone.
Then I'm going to ask for my money back, and take the recording to the police and see about pressing charges or what my options are.
Then I'm going to tell her just for going into my room I'm going to take her ass to court and use it against her.

btw she has her picture on mugshots.com for 1st degree burglery. So she has a history. Can't get the info though, don't know about any convictions
I do believe it might have been a lovers quarell type thing and I'll know when I go to the police as they might hook me up with info. My old roommate met a cop in 3 towns over who knows who she is and said she's crazy.
She will also be renting out a room to a creepy looking guy, and I overheard her say her parents were staying. I will tell her I want the background info on the new guy as my child is here so I NEED TO KNOW who he is.
Bottom line is I will be moving out as soon as I can find a place. In the meantime, I'm getting locks on my door.
